A Relationship Workshop and Intro to Internal Family Systems
Esther Perel says
“ The quality of your relationship determines the quality of your life.”
At Bungalow, we believe this.
When our relationships are struggling, we struggle.
One of the most powerful frameworks and practices we have found with our clients and ourselves is Internal Family Systems. It has enhanced the quality of our relationships and we want to share it with you!
IFS invites us to listen, understand, and relate to ourselves and others with more curiosity, clarity, and compassion.
Join us for a Saturday workshop that will offer space to be inspired, educated, connected, and leave feeling more hopeful about your relationships.

8-Week Therapy Experience
This summer, we invite you to step into a healing and transformative experience—one that blends the power of narrative storytelling, the safety of community, and the presence of a trained therapist.

— Thich Nhat Hanh

being seen, and being known.”
— Curt Thompson, M.D., The Soul of Shame

Story work is not about staying stuck in the past.

$50
Tea ceremony, poetry reading,
group discussion/connection
Guided reflection and meditation
Evening led by Bungalow Therapists, Rachel and Sarah Claire
Poetry Therapy is a gentle, soul-nourishing evening designed for anyone longing for reflection, connection, and creative healing. Together, we’ll gather in community to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the beauty of poery move us.
Featuring the beloved works of Mary Oliver, along with a few other contemplative poets—we will read aloud, meditate, journal, and share in circle. This is therapy through metaphor, mindfulness, and meaning-making.
A place to be inspired, to soften, to reconnect with yourself and others through language that speaks to the heart.
No poetry experience needed—just come as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, expanded, and more deeply connected.
Bungalow Therapeutic Intensives
A More Spacious and Concentrated Approach to Healing
Sometimes a traditional 50-minute session does not provide enough space for the depth of work you are ready to do.
Bungalow Therapeutic Intensives offer a more focused and spacious approach to healing. Over three or four days, you and your therapist create a personalized experience that may include extended sessions, grounding, trauma processing, parts work, somatic practices, reflection, and integration.
Intensives can be especially helpful for trauma, grief, attachment wounds, spiritual harm, anxiety, shame, relationship injuries, or patterns that continue to feel stuck.
Depending on your clinician’s training and your individual needs, your intensive may incorporate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, mindfulness, relational therapy, or other trauma-informed approaches.
The goal is not to rush healing or process your entire history at once. It is to create meaningful movement around a focused area while allowing enough time for preparation, depth, and closure.
Therapeutic intensives are individually designed and may be available to current clients or those seeking a concentrated course of therapy. Contact Bungalow Counseling to learn more about availability, scheduling, and fees.
