A therapeutic Story Group
8-Week Therapy Experience

With the new year upon us, we invite you to step into a healing and transformative experience—one that blends the power of narrative storytelling, the safety of community, and the presence of a trained therapist.

“When we deny our stories, they define us.
When we own our stories, we get to write the ending.”

Brené Brown, Rising Strong

Led by Dylan Watson, our very own graduate student intern,
this group will invite you to explore the characters in your life,
the roles you’ve played, and the redemptive possibilities waiting in your story.
This group will also help you learn to listen to yourself,
others, and your story to emerge a more wholehearted version of yourself.

Who It’s For:

  • Past Story Group participants ready to go deeper

  • Those seeking a powerful way to explore their story and engage in healing

  • Anyone longing for connection, insight, and healing, and community
