A Relationship Workshop and Intro to Internal Family Systems
A Relationship Workshop and Intro to Internal Family Systems
Esther Perel says “ The quality of your relationship determines the quality of your life.”
At Bungalow, we believe this. When our relationships are struggling, we struggle.
One of the most powerful frameworks and practices we have found with our clients and ourselves is Internal Family Systems. It has enhanced the quality of our relationships and we want to share it with you.
IFS invites us to listen, understand, and relate to ourselves and others with more curiosity, clarity, and compassion.
Join us for a Saturday workshop that will offer space to be inspired, educated, connected, and leave feeling more hopeful about your relationships.
Workshop Details
Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Location: Bungalow Counseling
Cost: $75 per person
Lunch: Included
Led by: Adam and Sarah Claire Colling
Adam Colling, LMHC, holds Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems. Sarah Claire Colling, LMHC-QS, is an IFS-informed clinician who integrates parts work into her trauma-informed clinical approach.
Together, they will offer a grounded, accessible introduction to the IFS model and the way it can help us relate to ourselves and others with more compassion, understanding, and choice.
We love IFS because it has changed our lives, the way we understand healing, relationships, parenting, spirituality, and ourselves.
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is for you if:
You feel stuck in your relationships.
You are curious about IFS or parts work.
You are a current or former Bungalow client.
You are in therapy and want to better understand yourself and how you relate to others.
You are a therapist, helper, parent, partner, or human who wants a more compassionate way of relating.
You do not need any previous experience with IFS to attend.
What to Expect
This workshop will be both educational and experiential.
There will be teaching, reflection, guided exercises, and opportunities to notice and map your own parts. You will not be required to share anything personal. The goal is to create a safe, spacious environment where you can learn the language of IFS and begin experiencing what it feels like to meet yourself and others with more compassion.
This is not group therapy and it is not formal IFS training. It is an introductory workshop designed to help you understand and begin embodying the heart of Internal Family Systems.
